Department
The Department of Humanities and sciences exists from the inception of Kuppam Engineering College. It lays a strong foundation in the basics of engineering subjects. Students receive adequate knowledge and understanding in subjects such as Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Environmental Science and Management. Apart from these engineering subjects, it plays a vital role in imparting basic knowledge of English and developing communication skills in English.
It conducts many Programmes and introduces many activities to motivate and induce the students to excel in academics. The students are provided with well-furnished laboratories so that they have sufficient practical knowledge which makes them employable.
It also organizes personality development classes to achieve all round development of the students. Library hour is provided to enhance their knowledge and ability of comprehension. Physical activities are given utmost importance to keep them physically fit to face the challenges in life. Thus the department plays a key role in the preparation of making the students eminent professionals in life.
