About the DepartmentThe department was established in the year 2022 with an intake of 60 in Bachelor Programme. Now, it administers Bachelor’s programme in Computer Science and Engineering (Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning) with an intake of 90. The department is approved by AICTE, New Delhi and affiliated to JNTUA, Ananthapuramu. The primary goal of CSE(AI&ML) is to provide best IT infrastructure, good teaching & learning environment, adopt industry practices through industry collaborations and inculcate moral and ethical values.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) in the field of Computer Science and Engineering aims to build intelligent machines that can impersonate human cognitive functions, such as seeing, learning, and problem- solving. The learners will comprehend the basic AI-related terms such as Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Expert Systems which will play a key role in the future of technology and science. This program is designed along with the Computer Science & Engineering core and more emphasis on AI and ML specialization.
This is a very practical engineering degree where you will develop AI apps and platforms to understand the role of AI in future technology. Students will learn strong problem solving and analytical skills in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Course at KPR institute of Engineering and Technology By acquiring knowledge, Our students are undergone internship in IT industries that develop projects in the field of Web development, Application Software, Automation Software, Data analytics, Multimedia Software etc., -

- PO-2 Problem analysis: Identify, formulate, review research literature, and analyze complex engineering problems reaching substantiated conclusions using first principles of mathematics, natural sciences, and engineering sciences.
