- PSO2 Develop professional skills and entrepreneurial skills to meet the current industrial needs.
M.Tech - Machine Design
The Department started the M. Tech. – Machine Design in the year of 2014 with the sanctioned intake of 18. Currently, the Department following the syllabus framed by the JNTUA (R09 & R17). The program structure provides a right mix of compulsory and elective courses. The students of M. Tech. program are advised to carry out their project work by considering practical challenges/issues in the field of Machine Design and its applications in allied domains.Program Educational Objectives (PEOs)
The graduates will have- Be successful professionals in industry, government, academic, research, entrepreneurial pursuit and consulting firms.
- Contribute to society as broadly educated, expressive, ethical and responsible citizens with proven expertise.
- Achieve peer-recognition; as an individual or in a team; through demonstration of good analytical, research, design and implementation skills.
- Thrive to pursue life-long reflective learning to fulfill their goals.
Program Outcomes (POs)
The Graduates will be able to: POs are statements that describe what students are expected to know and be able to do upon graduating from the program. These relate to the skills, knowledge, analytical ability attitude and behaviour that students acquire through the program. The POs essentially indicate what the students can do from subject-wise knowledge acquired by them during the program. As such, POs define the professional profile of a graduate of PG Engineering Program. NBA has defined the following three POs for a graduate of PG Engineering Program:- PO1 An ability to independently carry out research /investigation and development work to solve practical problems.
- PO2 An ability to write and present a substantial technical report/document
- PO3 Students should be able to demonstrate a degree of mastery over the area as per the specialization of the program. The mastery should be at a level higher than the requirements in the appropriate bachelor program
