Mess
The college mess is situated in a beautiful natural setting. It’s a nice place to have a break and ease tension. Our canteen items of food provided are a blend of South-Indian dainties. Items of food are provided at reasonable rates. Quality and quantity are assured at the same time. The mess remains open at all working days. A Committee consisting of the staff, students and trustees oversees its service and its upkeep.

A cafeteria and a canteen operates on campus to provide wholesome gourmet to the students.

Transport
The College has its own transportation for students residing outside the campus. The transport facility is provided to students commuting from all parts of Kuppam and surrounding areas.

Hostels
K.E.C Hostels were started in 2001. The management provides hostel facilities separately for men and women within the campus. The present strength of the hostellers is 600+. The two hostels are under the charge of a Chief Warden. His devotion to duty and keen observation enable to inmates to carry on their studies well. Order and discipline are well maintained in the hostel. Separate hostels for boys and girls are available with all the requisite facilities. Serene and secure, the hostels have been designed to recreate a home-like atmosphere for the students. A resident warden is available round the clock to ensure that the students’ requirements are met as well as to maintain the decorum. Medical attention is also instantly made available. For recreation, there are indoor and outdoor games as well as television.

Kuppam Engineering College is built over 55 acres of lush green land. To ensure that the ecology of the place is maintained unperturbed, the campus also draws more of it’s electricity requirements from solar power. The campus is designed with an intent to provide a great learning environment for holistic learning. We believe that space plays a crucial role in the mind and that is the reason why each construction has been designed to provide vast amounts of space for each activity
- Lots of open spaces around the campus ensures fresh air year round. Solar panels installed across the campus to save the power, to produce renewable energy.

Kuppam Engineering College On-campus solar energy systems help shift to 100% clean, renewable energy. Across Campus, we are installing solar power to save money, provide learning opportunities for students, and achieve their climate goals. Solar energy projects offer learning and training opportunities for students. Solar energy is a clean, renewable alternative to fossil fuels, pollution-free, virtually inexhaustible, safe, and efficient. Solar energy can generate about 100 times as much electricity from solar power installations as the nation currently consumes each year. Solar energy is a key to helping our society shift away from today’s energy system built on polluting fossil fuels. Solar installations dropped in price by 70 per cent between 2010 and 2018, and solar energy is often cheaper than fossil fuels.

Kuppam Engineering College Network allows college students to form a social media networking platform, enabling them to connect with their seniors and juniors to share information and resources.
